I just saw this group about Spruce power. They absolutely suck! They assumed my contract from Sun Grade Solar. The reps with Sun Grade Solar told me I would never have a TrueUp and if I did they would provide free panels then said it would be 10 grand. They sold my contract to Spruce and will not honor the words in the contract.

They made up their own rules. I had to pay $420 to do a refinance on my home now I’m selling my home and they want to charge me another 420 transfer fee. I told them I gave them two new customers for Soler I did great yelp reviews Facebook reviews .
